Pricing and Turnaround

-> Basic service, non-contractual

$1/thousand records, with $50/file minimum (including job setup). Processing time typically four-hour turnaround. Files we receive before 8am can be processed and returned by noon; sometimes earlier. Files we receive before 1pm are processed and returned by 5pm; sometimes earlier. Note that we are located in the US Central Time Zone. Job fees collected via credit/debit cards.

-> Contractual service, regular customers

We offer contractual rates with reduced or eliminated file minimum or job setup charges. Specific rates depend on balance between the overall number of processed over a given time period, and the number of files that must be set up as separate jobs up process those records, with reduced rates per/thousand records for mailers handling large files. For contract customers, specific rates reflect the overall number of monthly records processed and the number of files we must set up as separate jobs. Contract customers submitting daily job requests get priority production turnaround schedules. Job fees for daily, subweekly or weekly customers are collected on weekly or monthly billings.

-> Very large files, contractual or one-time.

Negotiated rates can be greatly reduced, depending on the number of records and the number of files we must set up to process them. We have processed very large file sets for for less than 20 cents/thousand records.Processing schedules for these jobs are pre-arranged with customers. Job fees collected upon completion of work for non-contractual assignments, or per billing arrangements for contracts.
